To answer your question I would say that it is important to know and have clear the topic you want to write about.
Don’t think it’s hard. Just have a look around you and you will find millions of things where you can focus your attention. Observation and reflection are two processes that you must perform before writing.
Once you’ve found the topic that you want to write about, you must expose it simply and naturally. The key to good communication is to share and have similar worries as your reader and also expose them in a close and simple way. This will approach you to the person that reads what you wrote.
